Providing leadership to strengthen HR technology, Nandini drives improvements to increase efficiencies and effectiveness in HR processes and systems. She directs and implements HRIS strategic and functional activities by developing project initiative proposals, organizing project teams, developing budgets, and reviewing cross-functional team performance to achieve project deliverables and milestones.  In addition, she interacts with our colleagues around the world, contributing to the alignment between global teams.

Nandini holds a master’s Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Bangalore University, India. In addition, she holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India, and a  bachelor’s degree in Arts from Bangalore University, India.  She also holds multiple HR certifications attesting to her commitment to continuous learning.
