Global Leaders

  Diederik Van Niekerk, as Director of SA Operations, Diederik manages all business operations, including human resources and recruitment for the South African team at MMS. In addition, he contributes to internal communications and leadership development, and cultivates #OneMMS culture aligning our global colleagues across the organization.

Diederik holds a Master of Medical Science degree as well as a post-graduate diploma in project management and PMP certification. He is certified as an International Clinical Research Professional with the European Association for Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP). Diederik also holds international certification as a Business, Executive and Leadership Coach.
