As a Senior Manager of Human Resources at MMS, Daria Fellrath is responsible for alignment across our global team, including internal communications, talent growth and development, our #OneMMS campaign, and maintaining MMS as a best place of work. As a result, our global organization enjoys some of the highest levels of engagement in the industry.

Daria possesses diverse business and cultural experiences in multiple countries and industries and can speak three languages. Her role is integral in leading our cultural diversity training and nurturing the relationships between colleagues across four continents. A detail-oriented, creative team player, Daria has the unique ability to diagnose organizational needs, develop vision and strategy, and implement appropriate solutions.

She has more than 10 years of expertise in organizational development and human resources management across multiple industries. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Language and International Trade from Eastern Michigan University.
